I became a counsellor because I feel passionate and motivated about supporting others. From working with a number of people over the years I have seen the positive impact that counselling can have on people's lives.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor this means that I use a range of varying therapeutic approaches to support you and your needs. As well as my counselling training and experience I also draw on my own personal experiences and lessons that I've learned along the way.
I will provide you with emotional support by offering you a warm, empathic, confidential and non-judgemental space. We can explore any issues that you may have faced in the past or are currently facing in your life.
I will offer you different perspectives enabling you to see problems and issues in a way that you may not have noticed before. With this new perspective, you may feel more hope for the future, we can identify tools or other options to help you to find ways of coping and living your life.

Certificate in Counselling Skills, The Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling
I have previous experience working as a Childline volunteer counsellor and as a volunteer counsellor at the Sangam centre.
