About Me

Do you sometimes feel like no one really understands how you feel? 

 

I've felt that way before too and that's why I trained to become a counsellor so that other people wouldn't have to feel the same way.

I'm passionate about providing a supportive, warm and non-judgemental space which allows you to feel listened to and accepted.

I'm a qualified integrative counsellor which means that I use a range of different approaches to adapt to what you may need from our sessions.

Being human can be hard enough and we all face challenges and need some support to get back on track again :)

In our sessions, I will offer you different perspectives, tools and awareness to help you take back control over your life.

  • Registered Member MBACP of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) 

  • Diploma & Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, CPPD Counselling School

  • Certificate in Counselling Skills, The Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling

 

I carry out regular continuing professional training which includes:

 

Anxiety, Anti-discrimination, Equality, Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s), Suicidal thoughts, Honour-based abuse and forced marriage, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Child Protection.
