Hi, I’m Digna.
I help people who don’t feel good enough to feel
more confident in their lives by learning how to be
kinder to themselves.
You maybe feeling this way due to a number of reasons. It could be as a result of social media, your childhood, your cultural background, a stressful time, feeling worried & anxious, relationship problems, being treated unfairly, being abused, feeling depressed, work issues or loss.
Or, you may not know how or why you feel like you do and that's okay too.
Life can be hard enough as it is without that inner critical voice of ours that can take over:
Comparing to others and thinking that you should be doing more.
Feeling lazy, guilty or selfish if you stop to take a break.
Beating yourself up for making mistakes and focusing on the negatives.
Wanting to say “no” but worrying what others might think of you.
Feeling silly for feeling anxious, worried, low, worthless etc.
It may feel like you're the only person feeling any of the above but you're not alone.
It's possible to overcome these thoughts that can hold you back and instead of knocking yourself down we can look at different ways to build your self-esteem and confidence up.
“You don't have to be positive all the time. It's perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Having feelings doesn't make you a "negative" person.
It makes you human.”
